hrm, not sure about baylor. But last I heard it was under probation for something.
I interviewed there last year and was frightened by the program. I didn't apply there this year. It seemed like they had an abnormally busy experience at their community/county hospital, ben taub. The residents were explaining to me that they have so many cases, that they operate all through the night, every night. No, they're not emergent cases, but cases that they can't get to throughout the day. They're actually scheduled for the evening. I was also told that the residents are on their own for these. That freaked me out as well.
I don't know if I got the whole story right, but that was enough to frighten me away from applying there again
