Does anyone know how much does a second look at a program where you did not rotate at but got invited for an interview help out in terms of how they rank you?

some places (especially community programs) will NOT rank you if you didn't rotate there or come back for a second look

I see that could be a point in who to select for interviews...but once you've gotten that far, I really don't think it's obligatory. If it was, maybe that's just not a program one would need to consider, and most rank lists would be pretty short...I haven't heard of a single person doing second looks.
