I think it is more helpful to see the actual schools rather than just #/#/#.

Would it be really stupid to cancel my home interview to go to another that I am way more interested in?

Even though i'm just an MS4 (and hence going through the same thing as you) I would try to find someone to switch interview dates first. If that doesn't work, try contacting each school to see if you could be put on a list to switch to a different day. If all else fails, go with the interview where you would rather be for residency.
