Would anyone interviewing at Penn on Friday 1/20 be willing to trade their morning session for the afternoon session, as I need to make a flight to L.A.? $50 and a bottle of wine.

I talked with the coordinator about switching dates and they are being VERY rigid... even though I had someone to switch with. She also mentioned that they are not switching AM to PM and vice versa. "Dr. Lachman (chair) does not like that" she said.

I am beginning to think that they have pre-ranked interviewees (not to start a rumor or nothing

) as she also said it "confuses" them.

I actually have a frank date conflict!
