I ended up with 2 copies of both of these texts. Both are still in their wrappings. Let me know if you are interested in one or both. I also have an opened but as good as new copy of Netter's Ortho Atlas.

Miller Review of Orthopaedics - 5th ed (ISBN 978-1-4160-4093-4). Looks like the cheapest it can be bought for new online is around $85 (amazon), so I'll take reasonable offers around there.

Musculoskeletal Medicine - Joe Bernstein (ISBN 0-89203-294-4). About $25 elsewhere.

Netter's (ISBN 0-914168-94-0). About $50 elsewhere.
