Hello all, just wanted some advice. Current PGY2 in nsgy and wanted to switch to Ortho- wondering if anyone knows any position or can provide guidance

Honestly it’s more of a “fit”. I was always an athlete, avid traveler, hard worker and love to enjoy life. While my interest has always been spine I realize that the people in neurosurgery are largely depressed and don’t see their family. Even after 2 years I have more friends in Ortho than I do in nsgy so I think I’ll thrive more in Ortho.
