SUNY Downstate Medical Center Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program will have a PGY-4 categorical Orthopaedic Surgery Resident position to begin June 18, 2018.
Eligibility requirements:
· Applicant must complete PGY 3 by June 2018, and in good standing in an ACGME approved orthopaedic surgery residency program
Interested applicants should submit the following documents:
· Current CV
· Letter of Interest
· Medical School Transcript/Deans’ Letter
· USMLE Step Scores 1, 2 & 3
· OITE scores for the past three years
· ACGME – current case log Minimum Report
· ACGME – current PGY3 defined category and Minimum Report
· List of completed rotations for the past 3 years
· Three current letters of recommendation from the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, to include the Program Director
