FYI, the PGY-2 yr will start in 2012-2013. I am also interested in swapping into a categorical PGY-1 spot for any orthopedic intern who has already performed a PGY-1 prelim year who would qualify to pick up my PGY-2 spot.

To clarify: you MUST have a categorical spot to trade. PRELIMS need NOT apply. If your upcoming yr is a PGY-1 and you want to trade up, you must be able to qualify for the PGY-2 spot (i.e. you did a previous PGY-1 yr).
