Was just going through the forum and saw all the requests for swaps. I was wondering if anyone actually successfully completed a swap and if so, if they could talk about the process they went through to actually accomplish it. I would also be interested to know how the receiving program reacted to things and how they treat a resident they didn't select, etc, etc.
