I am currently a PGY4 in Northern California who is looking to transfer to another program. This includes anytime from now to July 1, 2009.

you do realize that you will have to repeat your 4th year if you transfer, right? just in case anybody out there doesn't know, to sit for part 1 of the boards, you have to complete your last 24 months of residency in the same program.
