I'm currently an intern at a gen surg program that just closed down. I already completed a preliminary position, and am now in my first categorical year. I have always wanted to do ortho, and would still love to. I had good numbers and scores, it just didn't happen for me (couples match didn't help). If anyone knows of programs that want a free PGY-1 resident (I come with funding) please let me know. The program does NOT need to have an open position, exceptions are made in this case. Thanks.
