The Saint Louis University Orthopaedic Surgery Program has been approved to increase its resident complement from three to four residents per year beginning on July 1, 2008. The additional PGY-1 position will be filled through the match. However, we have the opportunity to add a resident at the PGY-2 level (research year) of our six-year program (between the PGY-1 and PGY-2 levels of a standard five-year program). Interested candidates must be in good standing at the PGY-1 level of an accredited surgical training program. This position will be filled outside the match.
