Hi,

Apart from this forum on orthogate does anyone else know where needs to fill drop-outs are advertised.
My experience is that been that unfilled spots are often taken up by gen surg residents from the hospital where the spot has become available as others never get to hear about the position.
Anyway - was just wondering if anyone else knew of where to keen an eye open for vacancies ...
