Surgeon looking for advanced ortho residency position

I am an American board certified general surgeon who has been practicing predominantly orthopedic trauma for nearly 8 years in a developing world setting with a mission hospital. Looking for a third year ortho residency position with the thought of returning to Africa to train national orthopedic surgeons after official orthopedic training. Have done over 1,500 major bone cases to date. Have been trained by and worked with nearly 25 short term volunteer American orthopedic surgeons in the last 8 years who could serve as references. Have attended the AO Principles and Advances courses internationally. Indiana University School of Medicine AOA graduate. General surgery at Methodist Hospital of Indiana.
