The Curtis National Hand Center at Union Memorial Hospital is seeking a PGY2 or PGY3 for a non-accredited Clinical Research Fellowship position. This is an excellent opportunity to improve your skills and bolster your CV with a national presentation/publication. Additionally, the successful applicant will learn clinical research design, work on ongoing projects and participate in clinical activities. This is a paid position with benefits.

The Hand Center has a faculty of 13 orthopaedic and plastic surgeons who participate in a wide spectrum of upper extremity problems. We have a full research staff, editorial support staff and both a biomechanical and microsurgical lab.

Minimum requirements include:
1. MD graduate
2. Minimum of 1 year surgical training
3. English as primary language
4. Successful completion of USMLE steps 1, 2 and 3
5. Able to obtain a Maryland license*

*NOTE: The State of Maryland requires foreign medical graduates who apply for medical licensure to have completed 2 years postgraduate training in an accredited hospital.
