CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (NEWSPLEX) -- A national list says part of the University of Virginia Medical Center is one of the best in the country.
UVA Orthopedics was listed as one of the Becker's Hospital Review's 100 Hospitals with Great Orthopedic Programs 2016.
"I'm thrilled to see our team at UVA receive this national honor for our work to provide excellent, comprehensive care to patients throughout the region," said Bobby Chhabra, MD, chair of the UVA Department of Orthopedic Surgery.
Becker's says the hospitals included on its list have been recognized for excellence from various other publications and industry organizations, including U.S.
