The first run of this series was done in Feb 2008 in association with Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Ohio, USA. The 2009 meeting was run by European faculty from UK & France. Now, we are very delighted to have the 2010 meeting run in association with Cleveland Clinic Foundation in both Ohio & Florida along with a distinguished European faculty. I am pretty confident you will enjoy both the social and the scientific programs at the fascinating beach resort of Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.
