Through a series of lectures and interactive discussion, this half-day course helps you better understand your role in medical liability and med mal litigation cases. First, your faculty builds your skills in chart review, deposition, and testimony. You'll review the various medicolegal issues and the roles of all parties involved, followed by a focus on developing evidence-based testimony through panel discussion, mock trials, and a "court room" experience.
