A Live Surgical Demonstrations Pre-Course is slated for Thursday, November 8, 2007. This pre-course will emphasize the surgical principles of resurfacing with any device (prostheses from five separate companies will be featured).

When the pre-course is combined with the hands-on saw bone lab and the optional cadaver lab offered during the Total Hip Resurfacing Arthroplasty Course, the experience will enable orthopaedic hip surgeons to have the necessary foundation to perform total hip resurfacing.

Attending this pre-course and the Hip Resurfacing Arthroplasty Course will provide the physician with a maximum of 23 AMA PR Category 1 Credits(TM).
