The Anterior Henry Approach: Exposure of the Entire Radial Shaft. The anterior approach of Henry is the workhorse exposure of the radius: a single, extensile corridor that can expose the entire radial shaft - proximal, middle, and distal thirds - from the bicipital tuberosity down to the radial styloid, through one internervous interval.
