What is the feeling out there? Do any programs prepare you better than others?

I dont know if you call Ohio the East....but the guys at SUMMA in Akron were studs when it came to joints.....they could easily do a primary total knee at the end of their second/beginning of third year and a primary hip by the middle of third year with no help.....

I think thats pretty good when it came to joints.....I dont think they do a ton of wacky revisions but you will be a wiz at primaries....

They also do a more advanced joint rotation as a 4th year with a joint guru (maybe do revisions here -- but thats what fellowship is for anyway) and they have a Cleveland Clinic Joint Guy that could definately teach you how to rock out 6 knees/hips in a day...
