That may not be true. If it is, I have an interview at everyplace that I've applied without them seeing my deans letter or transcript. I'd like to think that I'm just that great, but I must unfortunately doubt that possibility. It is possible that they simply download the picture as a part of your entire application, but are not able to access it.

lazy ? here. Where on Eras do you submit your pic? Is it after you submit the applications?

you give your picture to your home dean's office. the dean's office scans and uploads it onto eras. you can check the ADTS site to make sure it has been downloaded.

yeah, i don't think the pic downloading = interview. as someone else said, every program i've applied to has downloaded my pic...

not mentioning numbers here, but i think i'd have the U.S. record in orthopaedic residency interviews offered if it were true.
