Those that used NMS question for step 2. How did you find the level of difficulty compared to the real thing? (etc. Harder, same, easier)

I thought NMS was the same as the real thing. I think the explainations were very good. It seems like there are a lot of OB/Gyn questions in NMS, but my Step 2 had tons of OB on it, so it worked out well.

I did not use anything for questions other than NMS and it was fine. But read something as well, like Boards and Wards, First Aid, or Crush the Boards. Don't just use NMS.

I used NMS for Step II CK. It was really good and right on in terms of difficulty. I used it right before the exam, and as very happy in the end. A great book. I used Qbank too, but if I had to choose one to study from, I'd recommend using NMS.

Thanks for the info. What percent of NMS questions were you getting correct right before you took the real thing? Just trying to gage my progress.

depending upon the day, anywhere from 70 to 80% correct, which = 251 on the real deal.
