I think howard is a great program with rich tradition and is vastly underated. I know several graduates from howard at all levels and they are a well trained group. I interviewed at howard and I must say the facilities are outdated there is no question. However if you can get past that its a great program. One thing is for sure when you leave howard you will be able to operate. Additionally they get great fellowships, I know personally of a sports fellow from howard at pitt, and a guy doing hand a mayo. Dont sleep on howard it is a great program.
