what should we change to make next year's interviews better, besides better snacks - that we've tried to change for years.

dude, I interviewed last year. I thought the snacks were fine. Only thing, might want to do away with the glazed donuts for breakfast. Black suits and glazed donuts don't mix. And no matter how hard you try to rub those little glaze flakes away, they only spread
