When to worry

out of the 40 so far, you got 3 invites and how many rejections? need more info...

i'm in the same boat. 40 applications. 4 invites, 4 rejections, and 1 interview waitlist.

so far you're about 50%. let's be pessimistic and say that of the remaining 30 that you have yet to hear from you only get interviews at 25% of them, that still lands you about 8 more interviews.

I agree with above. Definitely hang in there for a couple more weeks. Many more are to come. At my school there are some studs with 10-12 but MOST have between 2-6.

Im in the same boat. I applied to 50 programs, and only have 4 interviews so far. Many programs I applied to have sent invites already, but nothing to me. I guess I was niave, but I thought I was a good applicant (250+, AOA). I thought the interviews would be rolling in. Now I just hope to match.
