Anyone taken a look at 5 min ortho consult for the palm? what about any of the fracture guides for the palm? any suggestions for ortho PDA programs that would be helpful for away rotations? thanks..........

The Fracture program (koval) is really good ().
About $60, but nice. I have used the 2e for the latter half of my internship and it has been very useful for reference, looking good in front of staff, etc. The caveat- you must have a high res palm to view the diagrams, radiographs, etc. If you have the high res palm, it is a fantastic resource. Buy a refurbished Sony Clie for $160, high res color screen, and you are set ().
Ortho 5mcc is ok, good for emergency med residents. The ortho text with picts is good and cheap. Needs Isilo to run it.
