I'm thinking about Hawaii for ortho and would like to know if anybody rotated there and has an opinion on it such as... how residents like it, what kind of experience they get, what kind of fellowships they do, and whats the likelihood of getting a job at an academic institution else where in the country given that Hawaii is pretty isolated.
Given that their website is pretty vague any info helps!
