wanted to know if anyone could comment on these programs and the cities they are located. i have a family, so things like schools, cost of living would be appreciated, too.

thanks and congrats to those who matched!

Greenville is a small, up and coming city. Great place to raise a family. Know nothing about either program. Used to live in Augusta. Small, more established city with an actual medical school. Both cities would be nice to raise a family, and from what I've heard both are family-friendly/heavy programs

Hope this helps! :roll smile:

Rotated at greenville, awesome place #2 on ROL. Nice town, young people, farely cheap, great hospital and great program. Communtiy so a little freedom in case chossing, etc.
MCG, home program, No. 1 on my list. OK town, very cheap, many young professions in medical field only though. Academic center so more volume, less freedom, great faculty. Hope this helps.
