They sent out an email on 12/6 and I replied with an email but the email address was invalid or wrong in the Interview offer email. So I called. I talked with the secretary and reserved the date for the 13th (she said it was filling up fast). That is it. Why?

Somebody on the interview trail told me that he got one at UCSF, but he was a rotator. So that might be the catch--they've only notified their rotators. I haven't heard of anybody else.

the third member of our trifecta got a UCSF offer. she checked her email while we were all sitting together in the lobby on thursday night. obviously she didn't rotate there.

I got UCSF on 12/6. Dates are 1/12 (conflict with HSS) and 1/27 (this is the one that I took). They sent this out to non-rotators and non-AOA. I hope this helps.
