Hello. I am an International medical graduate. I have taken both step one and step 2, and got mid 240s in both, 99s. I am doing some research in UCLA and it should be published early 2007. I am applyin to ortho this year.
what are my chances, and how can i boost them up?

I would suggest searching this forum for "IMG". There are numerous topics on this subject. Unfortunately, you have a tough road ahead of you.
