Looking at away rotations... I was startled to hear advice from a female orthopod faculty member about one of the programs I was considering and how i should "not waste my time" because they are flat-out not interested in having a female resident. Just wondering if there are other programs that people are aware of that are similar. Anyone with recent experience interviewing/rotating? I don't want to end up doing a month somewhere where I have absolutely no chance because I'm a girl. I know there have been some older posts out there addressing the subject, but I'm hoping things have changed in the past 5 years or so.
