I heard that there are 2nd year prelim/general surgery spots where you can work as a designated ortho/trauma resident, i.e. just work with the ortho department. I was told that there are two programs with such spots, i.e. UCDavis and Lennox Graw Hill. I was just wondering if this information is correct and if there is anyone who is aware of any more programs like that. If someone can kindly share this information or can guide where such information can be obtained from. I'll be grateful for that.
Best.
