I am going to assume that you are honestly asking this question and not just trolling to stir up controversy.
I think you already answered your question when you said "I don't see how tons of floorwork imparts much surgical knowledge regarding theory and indications."
There have been several posts on here about community versus academic programs, you should search for them.
If the only way you can try to make yourself (or your program) look good is by putting down others, then that seems to me to show a lot of insecurity about your own situation
