Folks,

I recently got elected to AOA, it went out in my Dean's Letter but wasn't on my initial ERAS application profile. I haven't gotten a whole lot of interviews yet. Do you think it would be worthwhile to send emails to the programs I applied to in order to inform them of this change in my application?

I would definitely send some emails. Don't want it to get overlooked.

I doubt programs want emails from every applicant that gets elected to AOA - they are busy enough at this time of year. They know where to look for it on your application.

I think you can also change it on your profile and schools can reupload your profile if they see that it has changed and there is new info on it...
