I'm a student at NYMC. Dr. Aspirnio directly responded to this concern during interviews and said that he already has in position hospitals to take the place of St. Vincent's for when it closes and that the only reason he hasn't done it already is because of the school's relationship to the hospital. It should not negatively affect people who match at WMC
