I'm researching the pro's & con's of joint replacement surgery for Hallux Rigidus compared to other surgical treatments.

While it seems the reasearch indicates mixed results, there also seems to be some new research whose results I can't access, in addition to some newer procedures such as Osteocapsular arthroplasty which I can't access a lot of info about.

What recent information/research is out there, and who specializes in joint replacement for Hallux Rigidus?
