Thoughts on California programs...?

I was hoping people could share their thoughts on California programs...
I was born and raised there and have been away for grad school and med school which is too long and I would really like to head back for my ortho residency if possible...

I would love to hear any thoughts or feeling people had about California programs, mainly:

Cedars Sinai
UCI
UCLA
USC
Stanford

How competitive is it to get an interview? to Match?
Do they favor rotators?
Do they favor California natives?
Do they have a good reputation for producing good surgeons?
How is the operative experience?
Anything you either really like or don't like about them?
