We have noticed a disgruntled candidate posting unfavorable comments about our program.Although our program is not for all applicants, the reviewer was probably jaded due to not being invited. please rotate and do an AI if interested as we have an excellent program. The competition is intense and our breadth of exposure is excellent.

We have a very high number of applicants for AI positions. We do not offer formal interviews to all of those who rotate as AI's (we wouldn't have enough space for non AI rotators) but we do formal exit interviews with candidates prior to departure.
