🎙️ Lead Change Podcast - Podcast & Social Media Intern

We’re looking for the next intern to join the Lead Change Podcast and help tell the stories of leaders shaping medicine and orthopaedic surgery.

Hosted by Dr. Mary K. Mulcahey, the Lead Change Podcast features conversations with leaders across medicine, orthopaedics, academia, and professional societies - exploring leadership, mentorship, career development, and the experiences that shape meaningful change.

Ideal Candidate: A first- or second-year medical student, or a medical student currently taking a gap year.

Roles
• Podcast video editing and production
• Social media content and newsletter creation
• Develop strategies to grow the podcast’s reach and engagement
• Help promote and highlight upcoming episodes and guests

Commitment
~5 hours/week
