What are some of the programs that come to mind? I am interested in ortho trauma and would like to go to a program that is strong in trauma training.

It's kind of a sleeper, but the University of Kentucky is a very trauma-heavy program. He take care of wild drunken rednecks who like to ride ATV's off of cliffs. An exceptional amount of tabs and platueaus come of this kind of nonsense.

Tulane. Charity hospital, all the trauma your little heart desires, then you dust yourself off and fix some more fractures! :pimp:
