I realize that submitting your ERAS application earlier is better than later, but is there really a difference between submitting on the first day possible versus a week later. I am wondering, because I have all my application finished except I don't have all my LOR (and I am still debating between several attendings at my home institution.) On a side note does anyone know if you can submit your application and not select any letters to go to them and just add them in later? Thanks
