call around to different programs. it seems to be a word of mouth thing for the most part. i know that university of vermont was looking for somebody to fill a 2 year spot. the university of virginia did have one this year the status of which right now is up in the air. Upenn has one. university of maryland and boston university have been rumored to have them every once in a while. i would just call around to programs starting with big research programs - places that are going to have research money available (case, upenn, rochester, mayo, pitt, etc.) and need somebody in their labs. best of luck.
