If one of the programs we've applied to (but not heard from) is listed above, does that mean they could still send invites or that we won't be offered an invite?

Another way of asking would be will everyone not being offered interviews get a rejection from the program as soon as all offers have been extended?

A lot send rejections but a lot also just let you find out through silence, so it is tough to say

I got an invite from a program 2 weeks after the first listed invitation on the list.

At least from my experience last year, the majority of the places I didn't get an interview gave me no response.

You may receive invites from programs after you see the date on here, ie they may give out invites in waves, or you may be next in line for if someone cancels.
