Here is an oldy, but a goody. A question about letters of recommendation.

This letter is from a big time ortho surgeon.

So, do I de-assign one of my other letters, and assign this one instead, so late in the process.

Thoughts?

I think it may be too late. At this point most programs have downloaded your info, looked at it, and save it for the interview. Best bet would be take it along with you to interviews and try to give it to them at that point. I'd also try to reassign the LOR but wouldn't count on them downloading or reading it. You have nothing to lose at this point.
