Although it is very early, interview invites have started coming in and this thread seemed helpful last year. It would probably be useful to at least give the date the invite was received, the interview dates offered, and how you got the invite.

Mayo: via email on 10/15 for interview on 11/20.

Medical College of Ohio: via email on 10/18 for interview on 1/7 or 1/14. A buddy received the same email but was offered 12/3 or 12/10.

Ya you are right - it is a little early in the interview season to worry - thanks for the advice and the encouragement - that was cool of you.

Just so people don't get as worried for now - I just heard from a program that had sent out some interviews in middle/late October. They invited for the same interview dates. Although I'm probably not their top choice, I'm sure to go at this point.

Hold out hope that if you haven't heard one way or the other, it may be for the better.

Offer for interview at Indiana via snail-mail 11/12. Dates offered are 12/3, 12/6, 12/10, 12/13 from 8am - 1pm. Night before each interview there is a "gathering" with details to follow.
