do most programs give all of their interview offers out one day or do they give them out a few times?

Duke - NR - Only got offered 12/1.

DUKE: only offered me 12/14
I may be on a different tier than jackcharlie. They told me the other dates where 11/16 & 12/1

So has Loyola or Chicago actually sent out offers or do we just know when the dates for interviews will be? I saw that the list was shortened, but i didn't see anyone actually say they had received an offer from any school that doesnt have an offer date...
