I have an apt very close to Parkland/UTSW, if you are doing an away rotation at UTSW from June - Aug (till the 28th).
I am a 4th year student and I am moving in may for residency but my lease is till end of August.
As for the apt, it is called Cityville (you can google it)
1) It is the closest apt building to Parkland/UTSW campus, so that's a plus for away rotators. I would consider it within walking distance (10~15 min), although I have only biked or driven.
2) It is a two bedroom apt with a huge living room, I am trying to sublease both rooms. Currently both of these are open. It will be fully furnished. There is a parking garage, gym etc...
