What is the date when everything should be up by? I have everything, but my letters have yet to be posted. When and how do you start hounding these attendings? I want the letters in, but dont want to annoy them....

ugh, i'm having the same problem. some of my attendings have had all my paperwork for nearing 2 months now and STILL haven't turned it into our ERAS coordinator.

You need to look at your program deadlines. Different programs have different ones. Usually Oct 15, Nov 1, or Dec 1. Some could be sooner or later. You need to look and start asking attendings if your programs due dates are sooner than later. After the deadline you have just wasted money because they have plenty of applicants and will toss your app.
