I'm sure this topic has been beaten to death but since I haven't been able to find any recent discussions on california programs, I was wondering which programs are known to favor rotators. For example I heard that UCSF lets everyone rotate whether or not they actually have a chance to match there so it's hard to be memorable. Any thoughts are appreciated, thanks!

I think rotating at any program can be a benefit. UCSF does not interview all rotators so doing well on the rotation certainly can help.
